Meet the Authors   July 13th and 14th

We're back home or on the way back   ......... it was a great weekend and we had so much fun but more importantly - our five authors sold over 130 books in two bookstore appearances and - even better - TJMF books are now stocked in Jeff Bookstore, Jeffersonville Indiana and Destinations Booksellers, New Albany - Indiana.

Everyone enjoyed themselves!

TJMF would like to thank all those that came to the readings, bought books or chatted with our authors. Our authors received great compliments and we're very proud of them.  TJMF would like to thank Ken Nye, Ron Wallace, Patrie Davis, Sarah Louise Yagi and Patty Zion for their great work.

Patrie Davis  with her brand new release Mystic Desert.

Patrie has also published a number of articles for the Jeffersonville Evening News and has written a variety of short stories. She does not limit her writing to science fiction or fantasy but explores a number of other genres as well. When she isn't studying or outside, Patrie can be found curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.

Ken Nye author of Searching for the Spring and his brand new release From the Heart. Ken discovered poetry only four years ago at the age of 61.  Consequently, his poems carry the perspective of a person who can now reflect back on where he's been and how he got there, a person who is a bit more sensitive to what is important in life and what isn't.

Patty Zion author of Child at Heart - her first release.

Patty serves as Staff Editor for TJMF Publishing and a Recognized Reviewer at FanStory.com.  Her poetry critiques and informational articles at TJMF Publishing inspire and assist many poets in improving their work.  She possesses the ability to find talent and truth in every poem, while helping the author to learn and develop higher skills.

Sarah Louise Yagi Romantic Moments, Reflections from the Pool of Life and her latest book Poetic Potpourri.  Sarah has had several of her works published in books by Forward Press.Co.UK, among them "Non-cents", which appeared in 'A Pocketful of Fun: A Collection of Poems for Children' and "Maasai Mara", written after her visit to Kenya last summer and included in 'A Poet's Paradise - A Special Place'.  Her poem "Silence" appeared in the Discovery Issue (May, 2007) of the Scorched Earth Publishing.Com’s e-zine.

Ron Wallace author of Native Son …. Native Son was one of four finalists for The Oklahoma Book Award in poetry for 2006. The poetry is modern narrative free verse, almost a storytelling style, and is heavily laden with Wallace's love for Oklahoma and Durant in particular. Ron is currently working on completing two other books of poetry, Smoke and Stone (The Voices of Gettysburg) hopefully ready this summer and I Come From Cowboys this fall 2007.
